What selling a ticket actually costs.
No listing fee, no monthly minimum, nothing to pay until you sell a ticket. Figures in Canadian dollars before sales tax, except where a source below notes otherwise.
Service fee, per ticket. This is the only part we keep.
Card processing, passed through to Stripe at cost.
All in, per ticket. Nothing else is added.
Fees on the ticket price
The default. Set a $50 ticket and it sells for $53.56. You receive the full $50 — the buyer covers our fee, so nothing is deducted from your payout.
Or absorb them yourself
Want the advertised number to be exactly what buyers pay? Set a $50 ticket and it sells for $50, with the same fee deducted from your payout instead. Your choice, per event.

The price your guests see is the price they pay
- Our fees are inside the ticket price on the event page. Nothing is added on the way to checkout.
- At the payment step that same total is itemised — ticket, service fee, processing, tax — so buyers can see where it goes.
- Sales tax is calculated and remitted for you, sourced to where your event physically happens.

What you'll need to apply
