Cookie Policy
Bunny Riot Experiences Inc. — Last updated: September 28, 2026
This Cookie Policy describes how Bunny Riot Experiences Inc. ("Bunny Riot," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with the Bunny Riot website and related services (the "Services"), the purposes for which we use them, and the choices available to you. The specific cookies and browser storage we use are listed in Cookies Used on Bunny Riot. This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the personal information these technologies may involve.
Bunny Riot uses cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the Services, including to authenticate users, secure accounts, and process transactions. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies provided by PostHog to understand how the Services are used; these are not set until you accept them. We measure page views on an anonymous, aggregated basis without cookies unless you disable analytics. We do not currently use cookies for advertising purposes. You may change your preferences at any time:
1. Why We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
- 1.1We, and service providers acting on our behalf, use cookies and similar technologies to:
- •authenticate users and maintain secure sessions;
- •process payments and detect and prevent fraud;
- •provide checkout and shopping cart functionality;
- •remember preferences you select, such as your display theme and cookie preferences; and
- •measure use of the Services and identify and resolve errors.
- 1.2We do not currently use these technologies for advertising purposes, and we do not permit third parties to place advertising cookies through the Services.
3. Browser Storage
- 3.1Local storage and session storage are browser features that store information on your device in a manner similar to cookies, except that the information is not automatically sent to our servers with each request. Information in local storage remains until it expires or is cleared. Information in session storage is deleted when you close the browser tab.
- 3.2We use browser storage to maintain your shopping cart, to resume checkout after you sign in, and to remember your display theme. Where you have consented to analytics, PostHog also uses browser storage for analytics purposes.
4. Server Logs and Server-Side Events
- 4.1When you use the Services, our servers and our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time of the request. We use this information to operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
- 4.2We also send certain events to PostHog directly from our servers, such as account creation, email address verification, the start of a checkout, and completed purchases. These events do not rely on cookies, and your cookie preferences do not apply to them.
5. Categories of Cookies
- 5.1Essential. Essential cookies and browser storage are strictly necessary to provide the Services. They enable you to sign in, protect your account and payments, and retain information you have requested, such as the contents of your cart. They cannot be disabled through our cookie preferences.
- 5.2Analytics. Analytics technologies help us understand how the Services are used, identify errors and performance issues, and improve the Services. Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them. If you later withdraw your consent, PostHog stops collecting information from your browser, and its cookies and browser storage are deleted. Anonymous page-view measurement, which does not use cookies, operates unless you disable analytics (see section 6.3).
- 5.3The cookies in each category, their providers, and their duration are listed in Cookies Used on Bunny Riot.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
- 6.1Stripe processes payments on our behalf and sets cookies during checkout to help prevent fraud. For more information, see Stripe's Cookie Policy.
- 6.2PostHog provides product analytics and error tracking on our behalf. Section 8 of our Privacy Policy describes the information PostHog processes. For more information, see PostHog's privacy policy.
- 6.3Vercel hosts the Services and provides Vercel Analytics, which measures page views without using cookies or browser storage and retains only aggregated statistics. Because Vercel Analytics is designed not to identify individual users, it operates before you make a cookie choice. You may disable it at any time by selecting "Only necessary" or by turning off Analytics. For more information, see Vercel Analytics and privacy.
- 6.4Google provides the maps displayed in the Services and Google sign-in, which takes place on Google's own pages. Google may set cookies in accordance with its own policies. For more information, see how Google uses cookies.
- 6.5We do not control cookies that these companies set on their own websites, and your Bunny Riot cookie preferences do not apply to them.
7. Your Choices
- 7.1On your first visit, we ask whether you consent to analytics cookies. You may change your preferences at any time using the Manage cookies button on this page or in the Cookies section of your profile settings.
- 7.2If you are not signed in, your preferences are stored in your browser. If you are signed in, your preferences are also stored with your account and applied to any browser on which you sign in, replacing any preference previously set in that browser. If you set a preference before signing in and your account does not yet have one, that preference becomes your account's preference.
- 7.3If you clear your browser's cookies while signed out, your preferences are also deleted, and we will ask for them again.
- 7.4If you are signed in, we retain your current preferences with your account, together with the date they were set and the version of this Policy in effect at that time. If you are not signed in, your preferences are stored only in your browser.
- 7.5You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, sign-in, checkout, and other features of the Services may not function.
8. Changes to This Policy
- 8.1We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our use of cookies and similar technologies. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
